Services

Two ways to work together

Both are offered in the office in Fort Lee, or by video if you are in New Jersey during the session.

  • A glowing bulb hanging against a background of golden lights

    Individual therapy

For one adult. 50-minute sessions, in Korean, in English or in both.

  • A mother and her adult daughter in aprons cooking together in a kitchen

    Family and couples

For two people, or for an adult and a parent. 80-minute sessions, so everyone has time to speak.

In every session

What stays the same

  • You choose the language

Switch from Korean to English in the middle of a sentence. No one corrects you here.

  • You set the pace

Dew does not promise a number of sessions. You talk about what you want, when you want.

  • Your records are private

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows.

Questions

Before you choose

Can you see my teenager, and how does consent work?

Dew sees adults. For a teenager, we share the names of colleagues who work with teens and explain how consent works in New Jersey.

How much does it cost and how do fees work?

Your fee is given to you in writing before the first session, and you pay at the end of each session by card. How fees work has the whole picture, with the questions people ask before they book.

How often and how long are sessions?

Individual sessions are 50 minutes; family and couples sessions are 80. Most people begin weekly. Your therapist sets the pace with you, and Dew does not promise a number of sessions.

What happens in the first session?

It lasts 60 minutes. Minho explains how he works, the limits of confidentiality and the possible risks and benefits of therapy, and he listens. At the end you both decide whether to continue.
